Clean rooms and very friendly people!! We’ve stayed several times and have never been disappointed. If you want to hang out and have a good time, most nights there will be cornhole or a fire going and they’re always welcoming to anyone who wants to join. And if you want a relaxing night in, it’s quiet enough that you won’t be disturbed! Within 5 minutes of the country store and the marina. No better option for a trip to lake Cumberland!
Nice motel to crash after partying on lake cumberland all day. My wife and I have stayed there quite a few times and never had a problem. Staff is friendly and you have the country cafe to eat at right down the rode.
Stayed here 2 nights for a family wedding. Was clean and didn't smell smokey. The owner was very nice and easy to work with. I would recommend.
My stay at Cumberland Condos was in every way a lifetime experience. Check-in on line was easy peezy. I arrived a little later than planned but was no problem getting my key... The rooms were freshly remodeled and so very clean. There was a huge queen bed and room service was above the 5 stars allowed; daily fresh linens and an abundance of coffee made this trip to the Russell Springs area a wonderful stay. Managers Steve & Gina were more than than just managers; they were very personable and seemed to be constantly improving the property. This was my 2nd trip to the area, unfortunately I stayed at Laker Inn the 1st time!
Two months ago this hotel is under new management. After getting ripped off at the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen in my life (Laker Inn) I found Cumberland Condos on Google. My daughter and I stayed here this past weekend. The rooms are super clean, comfy beds and the manager, Gina, was EXTREMELY helpful and so very nice. My next trip to Lake Cumberland or if I am ever in the area for something else I will stay here again. HIGHLY recommended!!
